  1. Prepare Your Tools: You'll need a flexible measuring tape or a piece of clear adhesive tape and a ruler with millimeter (mm) markings.

  2. Measure the Width:

    • Place the flexible measuring tape or the clear adhesive tape across the widest part of your natural nail bed, which is usually near the middle of your nail.
    • If using adhesive tape, mark the edges of your nail on the tape, then place the tape on the ruler to measure.
    • Record the width in millimeters for each nail.

  3. Repeat for All Fingers:

    • Each nail can be slightly different, so measure each nail individually to ensure the best fit.

  4. Compare with Sizing Chart:
